Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb steak, thinly sliced

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, season the shrimp and sliced steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and cook the sliced steak until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Pour in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add the cooked pasta, shrimp, and steak back to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the Alfredo sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
