Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadillas

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup diced pickles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 large flour tortillas

Ketchup and mustard for dipping (optional)

Instructions:




In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, diced onion, diced tomatoes, diced pickles, and both shredded cheeses. Mix well.

Lay out one tortilla and spoon a generous portion of the cheeseburger mixture onto one half of the tortilla.

Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling, creating a half-moon shape.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing it into wedges.

Serve your Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadillas with ketchup and mustard for dipping, if desired.
