Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Pudding Layer:
2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
For the Topping:
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 7-8 minutes, then cool completely.
For the cream cheese layer, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.
For the pudding layer, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
Spread the whipped topping over the pudding layer. Drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips.
Refrigerate the Turtle Lush for at least 4 hours, or until set, before serving.
